In this issue of the magazine we present research on a diversity of topics that reflects the importance that, in the current context, is given to these problems. Issues such as psychometrics of organizational profiles in Mexico, the growing influence of mindfulness in health, perception of competencies for surgeons, coexist with issues of an educational nature. In this area, the texts presented here revolve around the study of teaching work.
