Abstract

At present, people with psychologicaland affective problems present additional difficulties to their mentalhealth conditions. First, biosafetymeasures prevent face-to-face care with therapists and second, the lackof interest on the part of people re- garding the treatments, especiallyin cases where traditional clinical psychology is used as the only inter- vention option, without consideringinnovation and strategies with greateracceptance by users.

The purpose of this study is to present an innovative psychopedagogical intervention withtelepsychology that responds to thesecurrent needs. Method: design ofn = 1. The patient’s symptoms wereevaluated by interview, BAI Test, BDI Test and self-report of Affective Well-being Factors ( FABA Questionnaire), which is proposed in this research. A distance intervention was imple-mented from the Psycho-pedagogical Model of Well-being (with a cogni-tive-behavioral approach, positive psychology and innovative psycho- pedagogical strategies such as arttherapy, meditation, among others).

Results: the non-overlap index of all pairs, objective clinical change andtherapeutic clinical significance were calculated to determine its efficacy;after the intervention, a clinically significant decrease in symptoms and affective distress was found ( CCO = 0.80;0.53; 0.66) ( NAP = 90; 90; 75) ( BAI <14; BDI ≥ 14;FABA > 60).

Conclusions: the intervention from the Psychopedagogical Model of Wellbeing can bean alternative treatment with telepsy-chology that promotes the affective stability of individuals through peda- gogical and psychological processeson human well-being with novel andattractive tools for patients
