Issue Description

Today this search for well-being revolves mainly around psychological balance and mental health. Awareness about mental health has increased, above all, due to the psychological crisis experienced as a result of the pandemic. Now individuals turn to more strategies and psychological and psychoeducational tools to be-well (well-being) and thus, somehow, avoid diseases, discomforts or various disorders.
