Abstract
Child sexual abuse is a type of aggression with short, medium and long-term consequences that impact the minor on a cognitive, behavioral, emotional and physical level which, depending on their level of maturation and / or aspects related to abuse, will present from zero up to multiple symptoms. Symptoms that will affect the areas where is involved the victim. What makes an adequate diagnosis that includes not only the child, but also their family to provide a reliable diagnosis, that contains as many elements as possible in a single evaluation and helps also with their future psychology treatment. The objective of this study was to design an interview protocol for minors and their families on suspicion of having suffered some type of sexual abuse, which in turn leads to more complete and uniform report of results among the psychology experts, which strengthens the reliability of the diagnosis in a single interview as much as possible, thus avoiding institutional re victimization as well as serving as a basis for treatment and a evidence that gives access to the reparation of this crime if there is a complaint.
