Abstract

The objective of this article is to present an intervention program for the development of a Learning Community (LC) as a viable alternative for teacher training at a public university in the State of Mexico, Mexico. The proposal intends to give voice to the different educational actors, with the intention of expressing their experiences, interests, worries and wishes around the University, and specially, about the role that the university's teachers played in the current educational context. It is expected that from the critical, dialogical and participatory construction of this profile, a teacher training program will be formulated, in the same way, that favors its application and appropriation and that, in addition, involves new and innovative ways of teaching
