Abstract
Almost all publications on the word coach, relate it to the company, the job and large organizations. But over the course of the years the coach is starting to be applied in other areas, such as education. It is assumed that the educational process is on one hand a commitment “personal” in order to help the person to build a life plan. This involves recognizing and personal skills development, acquisition and proper implementation of new learning, recognition and ownership of securities, the formation of self-concept, the establishment and the realization of dreams, ideals and goals and building new knowledge based of self-knowledge. This article is intended as an approximation of the applicability of this process to the educational environment for children aged 12 years and older, suggesting further research possible future prospects.
