Abstract

The text present a literature review on the concept mediation and some attributes related to education, disability and inclusive education, in its development are explored propositions from which endeavors to define this concept in the specificity of the special education services. The document is also a description of the theoretical approaches that support the understanding of processes by which, those who practice mediation, come to conceive of how they do it. The concepts and discussions included are part of a study concerning mediation still in process.
