Abstract

The propose of the present investigation is to give information about the relation between ego strength and dominance (complementarian scales of the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2) that the full time college students have in comparison with the students that also have a part-time work; with the purpose of provide information to future investigations and organizations that are interested in hiring college students. It’s a non- experimental study, it is also a descriptive- cross- sectional. The participants were 62 students of both sex of different universities, 32 of them were part-time workers and 30 were full time students. The students that had better punctuations were the ones that study and have a part- time job, but the differences weren’t significant between both groups.
