Abstract

Somatization is not a problem that is analyzed from the perspective of psychology, attention, context, complex, help, sociocultural aspects, deficiencies and difficulties in each of the related aspects. For authors such as Kleinman and Kleinman (1986), somatization is the manifestation of a social and personal malaise expressed through the medium of a language of bodily complaints, which finally leads to the search for medical help. This work is based on the quality of prevention and psychological care influences the genesis of somatization. For this, it is important to study in the social and psychological field, as well as obtain information in a reliable and accurate manner, integrating the experience of health professionals in the case. The sociocultural transcendence that is exposed in the study allows to identify and analyze the factors that appear in the areas of opportunity and restructuring at the level of primary psychological care. The aim of this research, carried out in January 2014, is to help optimize the quality of psychological care and attention services, to aspire and to account for the relationship that occurs in sociocultural psychology and clinical psychology. The information is an important part of the process of identification of an emotional problem (Sánchez-García, 2013), therefore, psychoeducation must be a fundamental part in the psychological intervention for the treatment of somatoform disorders.
