Abstract

As a central point of this text, the importance of the accompaniment of the tutor-teacher for the academic, professional and social development of the adolescent is addressed. It is divided into two parts. First, we will talk about "being a teacher" as a philosophical and social duty to be from the vocation. Afterwards, the importance of accompaniment by the figure of the teacher as a tutor and as a key piece for the promotion of socio-emotional skills from formal education -school- for the academic, professional and social development of the individual will be addressed, since it is considered that in the hybrid news adolescents require contact, closeness and accompaniment that lead and guide them in the development of skills that allow them to face the challenges of day to day.
