Two instruments were applied: Cuestionario sobre las Relaciones de Maltrato e Intimidación entre Compañeros (Abuse and Intimidation Relationships between Classmates Questionnaire) and Cuestionario de Patrones de Autoridad Parental (Parental Authority Patterns Questionnaire). The application was made in the classroom. To analyze data, reliability was obtained through Cronbach Alpha, the distribution analysis of variables was performed using contingency tables. The results showed an association between victims with permissive parents and democratic mothers; between aggressors with authoritarian fathers and mothers and between witnesses with authoritarian fathers and permissive mothers. The results indicate parental relationships importance as a factor of protection or risk to bullying.
